Agape Water Solutions, Inc. provides proprietary antiscalants and reverse osmosis membrane cleaning services at your facility or off-site.  4" and 8" diameter membranes are tested prior to cleaning, and fully tested and certified after cleaning.  Membranes are preserved and sent back to your plant in suitable packaging.

 

 

 

Reverse Osmosis membranes should be cleaned for scaling and fouling which can be caused by any of the following.

• Hardness Scaling

• Heavy Metal Scaling such as iron, barium, strontium or aluminum.  This frequently occurs in combination with high concentrations of carbonate, bicarbonate, sulfate, and/or fluoride.

• Bacteria, Organics, Biofilm or any biological matter.

• Colloidal Matter, High Silt Density (SDI).

• High concentration of silica (SiO2).

Cleaning will most often restore flux and rejection performance of RO membranes.
